“In my opinion, these are separate products with completely different targeting. We target the customer who is looking for financing, bnple target the customer who already enters their store, so he has money and wants to buy something. With this financing, they simply raise the value of the basket, because thanks to it, the customer will buy a more expensive product. In my opinion, these are different targets and it should not be a threat.”
“When it comes to foreign markets, we see certain specific trends, products, eg in Poland, credit cards have lost their popularity, while our experience in Spanish-speaking countries shows that credit cards are very“ hot ”there and people are eager to reach for them. So each market has its specifics. When it comes to products, I expect that new charger banks will slowly enter, which can receive deposits and have no restrictions in raising capital, on the other hand, they enter immediately with a cost for the customer compared to banks and it will be possible to bite the prime customer who expects the product cheap for a large amount.” – Tymon Zastrzeżyński said.
