Poles love quick online solutions. There are online offices, thanks to which we do not have to spend long hours in queues. It is no different with the financial industry – service providers race to provide services that will reduce formalities and waiting time for a financial decision to be made to a few minutes. Will the trend towards getting offline force the financial industry to offer face-to-face services again?
Marcin Sikora, LOANDO Group Chief Sales Ofiicer, commented: Services in the online world are definitely a more convenient solution for both consumers and service providers. They allow to effectively save time and energy – resources that are becoming more and more valuable nowadays. So why are so many people still using e.g. loans or traditional banking? In my opinion, this lack of trust is characteristic for people confronted with a new phenomenon. For some people, online services are still an abstract concept – functioning somewhere outside their world. Such people give more confidence to real human beings, with whom they can talk, consult or even argue about the price of services or products. However, the trend of using online services is so strong that it is possible to predict an imminent change resulting in the virtual // Internet world having an edge over the analogue world.
