Rest and relaxation significantly increase productivity at work. Just as being a part of a harmonious team. For this reason, the idea of organising LOANDO Camp was born – a company retreat for all employees of the company, which took place on 21-23 September at Hotel Krasicki****, located in a historic castle in the centre of Lidzbark Warmiński. The weekend trip program provided for a number of attractions and activities that were meant to be a chance to get to know each other better and integrate the whole #TeamLoando while having fun together.
On the day of departure, two teams of the LOANDO Group met in our Olsztyn office. From there, employees left in two buses for Lidzbark Warmiński. After a quick dinner, there was a group tour of the outer castle and the castle where the hotel is located. The hotel’s swimming pool and jacuzzi were at guests’ disposal. There was an inaugural dinner for everyone, followed by a party at the club located on the hotel grounds.
In addition to training, the #TeamLoando was waiting for the performance of an illusionist and hypnotist in one person. Employees had the opportunity to test themselves on relaxation techniques, hypnosis, and even walking on glass! The daredevils came out of the game shocked, however, without no damage to their health. The second day ended with a gala dinner.
Sunday was intended for casual integration, rest and attractions, including a trip with a gondola. After this intense weekend, it was time to go back home. Participants agreed that the trip not only positively influenced the integration of the group, but also enabled personal development of each and every employee.
